How the app fits your day ​

  1. Get your assignment. Open the app and your jobs are waiting on the Assignments list. Your office sends them to your phone automatically.
  2. Walk the rooms. Open the assignment and add a room for each area you will document, or use the rooms already set up for you.
  3. Capture. Tap the big orange Capture button and shoot photos, video, and audio notes. Everything saves on your phone instantly, signal or no signal.
  4. Review. Check your shots in the room grid, add tags and notes, and group the angles of each damaged item.
  5. Submit. Tap submit to lock the record and hand it to your office. Submitted media becomes read-only so the evidence can never change.

Who gives you an account?

Accounts are provisioned by your company. You either join a team by invitation (just sign up with the phone number or email your office invited) or create your own team workspace if you work independently. See Sign in.
